Note: To add a utility account to your profile, you will need your utillity account number and the amount of your last payment. If paying your utility bill for the first time, enter 0.00 when prompted for the last payment amount. If you are a new City of Ephrata customer, you must wait until your first bill is generated before signing up for Auto Pay. 

Our online payment system now verifies billing zip codes to help protect against fraud. If your payment is declined due to a zip code mismatch, please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing zip code for your card before trying again. Thank you!
